Logo and brand identity

WordPress care plan: From R450 a month
WordPress and WooCommerce sites need hosting that runs PHP, regular updates and backups. One flat monthly plan covers all three. Our standard static sites need none of it.
Growth care plan: From R950 a month
A monthly check that keeps your site findable in Google and in AI assistants. It works on our static sites and on WordPress, and it is separate from the WordPress care plan.

- Search check: your Google Search Console numbers, broken links, titles and sitemap reviewed, with a short fix list that we action
- Answer refresh: a few real customer questions added or updated in your FAQ, with FAQ schema, so search and voice assistants can quote you
- AI check: your llms.txt and key facts kept current, and a look at how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe you
- Short report: a WhatsApp or email summary each month of searches, clicks and what we changed

Common questions
- How much does a website cost?
- Starter is from R4 000 (3 custom pages), Brochure is R7 500 (4 to 6 pages), Business is from R12 500 (about 10 pages), and Custom work is quoted. A R2 000 deposit starts a Starter or Brochure job and the balance is due within 7 days of hand-over. A new .co.za domain, if you need one, is at actual cost, typically R90 to R150.
- What are library pages?
- Reusable pages we have already built and tested, such as weather and tides, nearby attractions and where to eat. If a page fits your business we add it at no page-building charge. Starter gets the template pages; Brochure and up also get the researched ones.
- What is the phone app?
- An installable app version of your website content that opens from a QR code and works with no signal. It is included on Brochure, Business and Custom, and a one-off R1 500 on Starter. Customisation beyond your own content is quoted.
- What is the admin dashboard?
- One private page for your site: your stats, a checklist of what is done, reminders of what is still to do, and links to the accounts in your name, such as Google Analytics and Search Console. You sign in with Google and only you and we can open it. We set it up, and on Business and Custom we keep the reminders and links current. It is included on Business and Custom, and a one-off R1 500 set-up add-on on Starter and Brochure.
- Will a new website bring me more enquiries?
- We cannot promise a number. We fix what loses enquiries: a site that breaks on a phone, no WhatsApp button, no clear price. The admin dashboard, included on Business and Custom and an add-on on Starter and Brochure, then shows how many people visit and which Google searches find you.
- Who owns the website?
- You do. The domain is in your name, and you receive a complete copy of your site files at hand-over. You are not locked in to us: there is no exit fee, and the site is ordinary web code that any developer can take over, so if we were ever unable to carry on, your website would not be stuck.
- Do I have to move my domain or hosting?
- No. We use the domain you have. Keep your hosting if it can serve the new site, or downscale to free static hosting and stop paying for what you no longer need.
- I am outside South Africa. Can you build my site?
- Yes, by quote. Prices on this page are in rand. Message Emilio and we agree the scope, currency and payment method before any work starts.
- Can you build a WordPress site or an online shop?
- Yes. Our standard sites are fast static pages with nothing to log in to. When you want to edit pages yourself or sell online, we build a WordPress site or a WooCommerce shop instead. That is Custom work, quoted after a consult, with a WordPress care plan from R450 a month for hosting, updates and backups. Mydo Fishing Lures is a live WooCommerce shop with separate South African and international pricing.
- What is not in the fee?
- A new domain at actual cost, ongoing hosting or renewal bills, more custom pages than your tier allows, photography, writing from scratch, a logo (quoted, R500 off with a website), shops, booking engines and payments (WordPress and WooCommerce sites are Custom work, quoted), retainers, blogs, link-building, and third-party or API costs.
- Is there a discount for South Coast businesses?
- We want to encourage investment in the South Coast and help it grow, so any business based on the KZN South Coast gets 10% off every package when the job is set up through Sharon. It covers the website tiers, the add-ons and the care plans, and it is taken off your quote automatically. The prices on this site are list prices.
- What is FactSmith Sites, and is it the same as FactSmith?
- No, they are separate. FactSmith Sites is a web studio in South Africa, based on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, that builds fast, mobile-first, WhatsApp-first websites for small and medium businesses across South Africa. FactSmith the product is business intelligence software that answers plain-language questions over a company's own data, at www.factsmith.co.za.

Send what you can. If something is still missing when we need it, we finish with AI-suggested copy from your ads and the agreed sample. You can still swap words in any remaining revision round.
